Help for Puffy Eyes

Puffy eyes can come as a result of many factors including allergies, alcohol consumption, smoking and fluid retention to name a few. Here are few tips to help de-puff your puffy eyes.

Reduce alcohol consumption
Eat a low salt diet
Sleep with your head slightly elevated to prevent fluid retention
Place cool cucumbers over each of your eyes
No cucumbers handy? Place a cool tea bag over each eye instead. Chamomile is relaxing and contains anti-inflammatory properties.
Always remove your eye makeup before going to bed
Use an eye cream.
